Objective Reporting
Users must provide objective, factual reports. The system is designed for operational transparency, not for personal grievances or non-work related content.
Integrity of Reports
Intentionally providing false reports (e.g., "All Green" when blockers exist, or "Red" for trivial issues) undermines the system's integrity and is considered a violation of policy.
Confidentiality
Information within the system is for internal institutional use only. Sharing screenshots or data from the platform externally is prohibited.
Audit and Compliance
HR and System Administrators monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with reporting consistency and to identify potential burnout or abuse of the system.
