We collect operational reports, blocker types, and system usage logs to facilitate organizational execution. This includes your name, department, and the content of your reports.

Access Control

Access to raw reports is restricted by role. Executives view anonymized aggregations, while managers view team-level data. Administrators only access reports for auditing misconduct.

Data Retention

Operational reports are retained according to our institutional memory policy to ensure historical trends and recurring risks can be identified.

Security

All data is stored in a secure, relational database with role-based access control (RBAC) and audit logging for all state-changing operations.
